The event

The 6th MENA SIM Racing Festival.

MENA SIM Racing Festival is a yearly sim racing festival for the Middle East and North Africa. Its sixth edition took over The Arc at King Hussein Business Park in Amman from 22 to 24 October 2026, organised by Desert Fox Racing and Jordan Motorsport.

The festival hosted the final of the FIA MENA Esports Championship on Gran Turismo 7. Around it, the public side had sim racing rigs, a drift zone, a car display and partner booths, with cash prizes, ride-alongs and sim rigs to win.

The brief

Move every guest through the whole venue.

The problemMost guests stay at the main stand. Partner booths need real footfall, and the organiser needs to know who came and what they played.
The stakesCash prizes, ride-alongs and sim rigs had to go to the right people, by clear rules, with a record anyone could check.

What we built

One platform for guests, staff and organisers.

Usher registration form and the guest's QR challenge card
01 · Gate

Registration in one short form.

Ushers signed guests up at the entrance with name, country and mobile, including GCC numbers. Each guest got a personal QR challenge card on their phone straight away, and returning guests opened it again with their mobile number.

Challenge card showing eight game stamps for the day
02 · Games

A challenge card on every phone.

Staff scanned the guest at each of eight stations and saved a stamp, a lap time, a guess or a vote. Guests watched their card fill up in real time, with their own times and answers on it.

Beat the Champ leaderboard on a venue screen
03 · Screens

Live leaderboards in the venue.

Beat the Champ and the Pitstop Challenge ran on big screens, with the top 10 of the day and the fastest time of each hour, refreshing every few seconds.

Organiser dashboard with registrations and stamps per game
04 · Control room

The organiser saw everything, live.

A private dashboard showed registrations, stamps per game and who qualified for each prize. Prize draws ran from eligible guests only, winners were recorded, and all event data exported to one Excel file.

Screens use a sample guest name. Leaderboard names are shortened to a first name and an initial.
